[DRAFT — replace with the real “why both” narrative.] I work across two disciplines: building software systems and data pipelines, and building finance projects. Neither is a hobby bolted onto the other — both are approached with the same instinct: state the assumptions explicitly, show the work, and let the result argue for itself.

On the engineering side, that means production systems, data pipelines, and the metrics that came out of them (see Work). On the finance side, it means DCF-driven case studies — kept simple for now while the model behind them keeps improving (see Finance Projects).
