What's collected
This site runs its own, self-hosted analytics — no Google Analytics, no ad trackers. It records the pages you view, how you got here (referrer or UTM parameters), your approximate location (country/region/city, from your network, not GPS), your browser and device type, and on-site interactions like resume downloads or outbound link clicks. Your IP address is hashed before it's ever written to a database — the raw address is only held in memory for the length of one request, used to compute that hash and, if enabled, to look up an approximate organization/company for the visit.
What isn't collected
No fingerprinting (no canvas/font/audio fingerprinting), no keystrokes, no form contents, no passwords, and no raw IP address is ever stored at rest. Company detection is inference from network ownership data, presented with an explicit confidence level (known / likely / unknown) — never claimed as certainty.
Cookies
Two first-party cookies identify a visit and a returning visitor — no cross-site tracking, and nothing is shared with or sold to a third party. This site's owner also uses Microsoft Clarity for session recordings/heatmaps where enabled, governed by Microsoft's privacy statement.
